can money buy happiness??

Well there was a discussion , rather a debate between my friends about whether to be happy do you need money, more money. Mr A says , a person even if he earns $150 per month he is happy , Mr B says there is no way to be happy with a meagre $150.

Mr A has come from a village , and he know's his friends make a living and are much happier than the cosmopolitan life, He says we have lost the identity and are just blind behind money.

Mr B says money is the base for a living , you can be happy with money , but if you want to grow and want to reach the pinnacle and are planning to achieve, in monetary terms , then you will have to come out of your comfort zone and wisely play the game of living and build strategies.
